15th August is the 75th anniversary of VJ day, marking both the surrender of the Japan and the end of the Second World War.
The Royal British Legion will lead a socially distanced 2 minute silence at 11am in the Community Garden to remember and recognise all those who served and sacrificed in the Far East and ultimately brought an end to the Second World War.
The Spencer Suite is a small, highly functional room on the first floor. This room is often used for interviews, training sessions, board meetings or as a break-out room from the larger Bridestones Room.
The room is ideally suited for 10 people around the board room and is equipped with an interactive electronic screen which makes it possible to hold video links with other meetings.

One of the biggest non-sporting venues in Congleton. It a great space to hold parties, celebrations, weddings, exhibitions, concerts, large meetings, training, fundraisers, launches and sporting events.
The room can accommodate 220 people seated theatre-style, with room for a further 100 on the balcony and sides. For Weddings, fund raisers and events involving fine dining the room is better suited to 100 – 180 guests. Feature lighting in a wide variety of colours and fairy lights are available at an additional cost to transform room and to meet your colour scheme.
