Congleton Town Hall is delighted to be able to offer vital space to businesses. When space costs money, many companies have lost their board rooms to make way for office expansion. The Town Hall has three rooms that you can hire either on an hourly, half-day (4 hours) or full-day rate (8 hours). We can give you space to meet, space to breathe, space away from the phones to think! The Spencer Suite is perfect for interviews or meetings/training for up to 12 people. The Bridestones Suite is better once the numbers creep over 12, but can be used to brief up to 100 people. The Grand Hall can accommodate 220 seated, and an additional 100 if using the upstairs balcony, so perfect for bringing a large number of employees into one place.
The Town Hall rooms can be available for you to use from 7am in the morning through to 11pm at night.

The Town Hall has its own very experienced and well-respected in-house caterers who provide all the catering for functions in the Town Hall. They can cater for all tastes and budgets. Wherever possible, produce is sourced locally and is freshly prepared. Catering options range from simple tea, coffee and biscuits, bacon baps, hot and cold buffets through to a full banquet meal.
