GRAHAM are the Principal Contractor working on behalf of Cheshire East Council to deliver the Congleton Link Road Project. GRAHAM would like to inform that they will be taking delivery of the pre-cast concrete bridge beams, essential to the construction of the new Chelford Road structure on Thursday 6th February 2020.
The 9 beams will be delivered on 3 separate vehicles throughout the day along Chelford Road from the Holmes Chapel Road end. The crane to lift the beams into place will arrive on site at 6.30am, with the first beam lifted into place at approximately 8.00am.
The haulage company delivering the beams have carried out assessments of the route to be taken and there will be no restrictions imposed.
