Residents can use a new online form to report an outdoor maintenance problem direct to Congleton Town Council’s Streetscape team. The enhanced function will enable the team to respond more efficiently and effectively to environmental issues requiring their services.

The form can be used to report matters such as dog fouling, fly tipping, full or damaged litter bins or dog bins, graffiti, shrub/hedge cutting, removal of needles and syringes.
Congleton’s Streetscape service has received good feedback from the townspeople. Together we can help keep our town a clean and attractive place to live, work and visit.
