Health & Wellbeing Fayre

Congleton Town Hall is the place to be on Tuesday 28 March for the Health and Wellbeing Fayre hosted by Congleton Partnership. The aim is to bring together a wide range of services within the community all around health & well-being for Congleton residents to access. There will be 35 exhibitors at the fayre bringing together the best the community has to offer. Plus the following free workshops:

10.30am – Join personal trainer and group exercise instructor Beks to hear why it’s important to keep moving, stay active and eat well in later life.

11am & 1pm – Resuscitation training and defibrillator workshop.

12.15pm – Fraud Awareness. Last year in Cheshire, 5,281 people reported being scammed, costing them over £20 million.

The Big Clothes movement will be bringing along a selection of women’s and men’s clothes which will be free to take away. Scan the QR code to register or simply turn up on the day.
