The room can accommodate 220 people seated theatre-style, with room for a further 100 on the balcony and sides. For Weddings, fund raisers and events involving fine dining the room is better suited to 100 – 180 guests. Feature lighting in a wide variety of colours and fairy lights are available at an additional cost to transform room and to meet your colour scheme.

The Spencer Suite is a small, highly functional room in the first floor. This room is often used for interviews, training sessions, board meetings or as a break-out room from the larger Bridestones Room.
The room is ideally suited for 10 people around the board room and is equipped with an interactive electronic screen which makes it possible to hold video links with other meetings. Catering is available and the room can be hired for £50 per half day/£75 for a full day without catering, or for £65 for a half-day session including tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival. Or £155 for the day to include tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival, lunch and afternoon drink and cake for upto 10 people. Prices exclude VAT
