Congleton’s Canal and Railway working group is restarting, with the first group session on Thursday 23rd March, meeting at by the steps down to the canal from Congleton Railway Station. The group will meet on a monthly basis on every 4th Thursday of each month. Sessions between 10.00am – 3.00pm
The work will be litter picking, vegetation controls, bank repairs and much more. Hi-Viz jackets, tools and equipment will be provided and it is recommended to wear stout footwear and gardening style clothing.
