Congleton businesses dressed to impress for the Tour of Britain, 30 shops and businesses dressed their windows ahead of race day- Tuesday 6th September. Judging took place on Friday 2nd September by the Congleton Tour of Britain Group- the prize for the best window was presented on the start podium on race day.
