(OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATED) ORDER 2015- (VARIATION NO 4: CLOSURE OF PRINCESS STREET CAR PARK – CONGLETON) ORDER 2017
The Council hereby gives NOTICE in exercise of its powers under Sections 32 and 35 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (‘the 1984 Act’) and of all other enabling powers, of its intention to remove the car park at Princess Street, Congleton from the Schedule to the Cheshire East Borough Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Consolidated) Order 2015 referred to in this Notice.
