Free Cooking from Scratch Course- Provided by Cheshire Learning Partnership CIC

Course participants will learn to cook a range of healthy recipes from scratch. The course is free to all adults over the age of 19 and we provide all the ingredients and equipment.

Our course aim is to put people back in touch with what they’re eating and looks at ways of planning, shopping and preparing food; ultimately enabling people to take control of what they’re eating and get more enjoyment from their food.

This is a 6 week course  and you can choose to attend either from 1.00pm – 3.00pm (with Cath) or 7.00pm – 9.00pm (with Emma) every Wednesday.

The next course will run from  28th February – 4th April

The course is delivered at Ruby’s Fund Sensory Centre, Roe Street, Congleton.

Congleton Work Club- Provided by Cheshire Learning Partnership CIC

The Work Club is held at the Congleton Learning Centre every Thursday from 10am – 4pm.  This is a free service open to all adults in Congleton.

The work club is a drop in facility where you can get support with anything related to job searching or training opportunities.

Careers advisors are on hand to help with CV writing, job applications and  training.  We provide all the local papers, free internet access (with support if needed) and lots of moral support.
