Congleton is the Place to Shop this summer! One lucky shopper will win £1000 just by shopping in Congleton this summer. A wide range of shops have joined in a promotion being run by Cheshire Independent Papers in association with Congleton Town Council. Shoppers who spend £5 or more in the participating businesses will get a ticket to have a free entry into the draw. Alternatively people can purchase a ticket for 50p – with the proceeds going to Congleton Carnival Charity. 25,000 tickets are available for distribution in the shops. The draw will be made at the Town Hall on Tuesday 27 August. The Businesses taking place in the Gold summer promotion are:
