Congleton Museum

Exhibition of Congleton’s Historic Charters- Charters on display include those from the reigns of Queen Elizabeth 1, King James 1 and King Charles 11. If you want to know what Turbary, Pannage and Murage mean and how the charters help to make our ancestors prosperous come along to the Museum, there will be free children’s activities including “Make your own Charter”
Congleton Museum is open Tuesday- Saturday 10.30am – 4.15pm and Sunday 12noon – 4.15pm (last admission at 3.45pm)- closed on Monday’s.
