Eggsciting News- ‘Hop Around the Shops’ is back

The popular ‘Hop Around the Shops’ trail is back. There’s no need to race off and hare around the shops, as the hunt runs until Tuesday 19 April. The Easter trail has been designed by Congleton Town Council with support from local traders to be a fun, free, family activity during the Easter Holidays. All you need to do is hop along to the Congleton Information Centre (inside the Town Hall) or participating shops to pick up a free leaflet. Then visit the shops, look in the window for the Easter Bunny poster holding a letter and write it down on the form. Spot the golden eggs on some of the posters, these shops have special Easter treats!

Alternatively, you can download the leaflet here:

Once you’ve collected a minimum of 26 letters from any of the 37 participating businesses take your form to the Congleton Information Centre and swap it for a Easter treat. A huge thank you to Tesco at Barn Road for their kind sponsorship of the treats. Each person who has collected 26 or more letters and completed his/her details on the back of the form by the closing date, will be entered into a prize draw- one lucky entry will then win a special first-place prize!”
