Chief Officer: Congleton Town Council
This busy and challenging role carries the responsibility for ensuring the effective management of the Council’s finances and resources leading the team of 27 staff, ensuring continuous and sustained improvements to the quality of life for Congleton’ s residents.
Must have strong leadership skills, able to perform and lead strategically and tactically and possess a positive, co-operative and professional attitude.
Applicants may come from a range of backgrounds in senior management; you will already hold an appropriate local government or managerial qualification, or will commit to obtaining the relevant qualification whilst in the role.
The salary begins at NALC | SLCC scale point 56 (£51,062)
