Senior Health & Wellbeing Fair- 29th September

Congleton Partnership, Cheshire East Council and the Community Agents would like to invite you to a vibrant over 50’s health and wellbeing event at Congleton Town Hall on Friday 29^th September from 10am – 1pm. There will be a variety of free stimulating activities to get involved with, such as; Winter Wellbeing advice, information from local social groups and advice from health professionals. Throughout the day there will also be a range of taster sessions such as ITea & Chat, Scam Awareness, Staying Safe at Home with Assisted Technologies and Dementia Friends. Make sure to pick up the freebies throughout the day!
