The Grand Hall, the Bridestones Suite and the Spencer Suite are available to hire seven days a week.

The Town Hall is an ideal venue for concerts, conferences, weddings, dinner functions, fayres, public meetings, training courses, interviews, private meetings, board meetings and dances to name a few! The Town Hall has a licensed bar and is licensed for Weddings and Civil Services.

The 75" interactive touch screen is a high-quality solution, ideal for meeting rooms with up to 25 participants. Once a booking form has been completed, a provisional booking will be made and held for two weeks. A booking is not confirmed until a completed booking form and 50% deposit have been received.

When making a booking remember to allow for set up and clearance times.

Congleton Town Council will consider providing a concessional grant for local registered charities and other voluntary/community groups organising fund raising events, where they provide a direct benefit to the Town. Concessional grants for eligible charities and groups will be a 50% reduction off the standard room hire rate.

Congleton Town Council will also consider providing a concessional grant to Congleton Town residents in the form of a 10% reduction off the standard room hire rate.
